Our E-Commerce site currently supports UPS shipping methods. You may call or email us to arrange other methods. Other alternative shipment methods include:

• Full/partial truckloads (LTL) via a common carrier (trucking company)
• Customer pickup. We are open 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. To pickup in person, please call ahead to verify that someone will be here to load the order. We are located in Greensboro, NC, which is roughly in the middle of the state.
• FedEx or DHL for air-mail or other expidited services

All orders that ship UPS have tracking ID numbers. To track your order, we offer a UPS Tracking Page within our website. You should receive an email notification when your order ships that contains the UPS tracking ID number(s). Also, you may login to your account to check the status of an order.
